What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? I have no complaints. Everything went smoothly and as scheduled. Jeff is a great representative for your company. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and when I had to make a big change in the work I needed done at the last minute, he quickly met my needs. He also knew the Latin names of all my native plants which totally impressed me. The tree crew was respectful, they patiently kept their trucks in the street until I left for an appointment. They did a super job on my tree. The pruning is conservative, well done, and maintains the tree's integrity. Bartlett and its staff did a professional, competent job, and they were always easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with Jeff Lacoy, the Arborist, very knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to work with, all that I wanted done. I was very impressed with Joe and Chris, the trapeze artist, who did the actual tall tree trimming. It was interesting watching them do the work from my window. I held my breath a couple of times as Chris was maneuvering himself into position to cut the branch. They worked well together and watched out for each other. I liked that. They also worked quickly and efficiently and left the yard clean. Thank you for doing a great job.
