What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? I have no complaints. Everything went smoothly and as scheduled. Jeff is a great representative for your company. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and when I had to make a big change in the work I needed done at the last minute, he quickly met my needs. He also knew the Latin names of all my native plants which totally impressed me. The tree crew was respectful, they patiently kept their trucks in the street until I left for an appointment. They did a super job on my tree. The pruning is conservative, well done, and maintains the tree's integrity. Bartlett and its staff did a professional, competent job, and they were always easy to work with. Highly recommend.
