We made an appointment for an assessment of our tree issues and Jeff came a week later and did a thorough assessment and gave us a written quote immediately. Several days later the team showed up ready to take care of the trees. They were courteous and answered all our questions. All clean up was done the same day. We were happy with both the job of trimming a couple of storm damaged Maples and the cutting down and removal of a very large Cherry tree in our backyard, plus cleanup. We will definitely call them for any future tree issues we may have in the future.

We have just completed construction of a new home and are preparing to do some landscaping. For our process, we first wanted to address our trees, We wanted to know what trees were irreparably injured, what would thrive, and which ones might want some pruning. We were very appreciative of Greg Beck's experience and knowledge and his evaluation. He quickly provided a quote. In a very busy season, Bartlett was able to fit us into a cancellation and get the work done for our ideal time line, quickly before grass was put in or any other plantings. The crew was excellent, careful, safe, and pleasant to work with. Noah and I am sorry I forgot the other crew member's name. We watched them take one tree down to a very precise location. We have also been able to discuss ideas for new trees and get some guidance from Bartlett's experience with any tree issues in our Western Mass area. Your workers could not be nicer. They came in and cut down the fallen Locusts very efficiently. The Birch was also tended to and it looks happy. I am impressed. I noticed that after I left a comment saying that a gardener said the 6 cut trees left behind looked messy somebody came and took them away! If that was you I am terribly impressed.
