I have been very impressed with the staff I have interacted with. Each person has been friendly and engaging. This includes the staff you have answering phones in your office. Each time I have called they have been so friendly and supportive. This type of customer service is especially important to me. Additionally, the attention to detail on the job site and the condition my property has been left in has been exceptional. I have also been impressed with the level of communication I have received from you. If I call and have a question or need a call back, each time the office staff have told me that someone would be back in touch that day and each time they were.
