The entire process went flawless. The quote was provided in a timely fashion and Jeff arrived right on time for our appointment. The crew arrived right on time and were polite and professional the entire time. They were well informed as to exactly what was to be done. I actually enjoyed just watching them work just because I appreciate watching a well synced team. When they left, they cleaned up very well. Bartlett was booking jobs out two months but when Jeff noticed that a tree on my property was leaning over my neighbor's home he offered to try to expedite things. I was very pleased that the work was done in about ten days,. The crew was very courteous and professional. They explained what they were going to do and then did it. I had to leave for a few hours and when I returned the work was done and the work site was clean. Except for the fact that the dead and leaning trees were removed I could not tell that they were even at my house.
