The change from Jeff to Spencer was flawless. Spencer made me feel good about being a regular customer and keeping a yearly schedule with my trees, he even brought Beth by to show her my place, she made a few suggestions for even better care for me. Not pushy and very friendly. Would recommend Bartlett to everyone.
