Both Josh and Cullum were very professional and easy to work with. They explained the treatment process for emerald ash borer and the prognosis for each tree. They also reviewed other trees and gave us advice on the health of the trees and typical pest problems and treatments. In particular Josh took cuttings from our Hemlocks and reviewed them under a microscope. He identified that they had Hemlock rust. He said it was not at a level where it needed to be treated. I called them rather late in the treatment season for borers and I was happy that they were able to respond immediately. I highly recommend them.
