Josh's passion for tree care started young, while working on his family's Christmas Tree Farm.The farm has been a Lehmann family business since 1962. He quickly developed more experience performing landscape installation and development in high school.

During his college years at Eastern Connecticut State University, he studied Business Administration while he operated his own small landscape design business. He helped grow the family's Christmas tree business into a thriving LLC. However, Josh wanted to further explore insect and disease management to add to his experience.

He began his career at Bartlett Tree Experts in 2016, becoming a Plant Health Care Specialist performing various programs. Josh brings all the knowledge of tree care he has achieved to his clients' properties. His focus is on communicating and developing relations with his clients.

Josh lives in Manchester, CT. He spends his free time working on the Lehmann farm to help care for the Christmas trees there.

Both Josh and Cullum were very professional and easy to work with. They explained the treatment process for emerald ash borer and the prognosis for each tree. They also reviewed other trees and gave us advice on the health of the trees and typical pest problems and treatments. In particular Josh took cuttings from our Hemlocks and reviewed them under a microscope. He identified that they had Hemlock rust. He said it was not at a level where it needed to be treated. I called them rather late in the treatment season for borers and I was happy that they were able to respond immediately. I highly recommend them.
