My wife and I were very pleased with the results of the tree services provided by Bartlett. They handled eight trees at our historic home in Hartford West End. Our engagement started with a visit from Mike who is a certified arborist not just a sales person for the company. I wanted technical details from the arborist and wanted to let him know my expectations upfront. I was apprehensive with any tree service company that they might do something that will not make a noticeable difference to our trees. Bartlett did meet my expectations. Through some constructive discussions Mike was able to make sure that our expectations were met while meeting their own standard guidelines. We were very happy with the three person crew led by Josh, and the work product they delivered. I would definitely recommend Bartlett to our friends and will use them again.
