We were very pleased with Allen as our arborist representative. He was able to suggest that we take the tree down that was leaning on our property from the wet lands behind our fence which did not belong to us. We know it was a potential hazard but did not realize it could be taken down seeing it was not our tree. The crew was very pleasant and did a good job. The fact that they came out exactly when they said they would was also most appreciated since most companies do not show up when they say.
