Very well organized organization. Crew arrived on time as did Alan, our arborist. Instructions from Alan, and requests from me for trimming were completed, and clean up was complete down to leaf pick up from pruned branches. I really appreciate the communication that Bartlett staff both in the office, and in the field were followed through. I knew every step of the process, dates, and expected times and results that would be achieved. For any future work we require, if Bartlett provides the service we will use them, for the project.

Everyone was excellent, friendly, and professional. I could not have been more pleased. They were removing a very large tree close to my house and I was concerned but as they started working I could see that this was going to be completed safely. During the time that they were here I had an opportunity to talk to the crew and they were very nice and personable. I told them if I had other work to be done I would like the same crew. Allen Blake my arborist representative is delightful and he is very knowledgable. The communications I have had with Allen in the past and for this job were excellent. He is a delightful person and I really trust his recommendations. I had obtained and spoke with two other tree removal services but I chose Bartlett because of my conversations with Allen Blake. Overall Bartlett surpassed my expectations. Not only did I have confidence in everyone but I found our interactions quite enjoyable.

I required the need for Bartlett Tree twice in the past month. One emergency service and the other a scheduled preventive job. The first response by Rick Daniels to size-up and then get a tree crew to my home was excellent. The professional actions of the entire crew was noticed and appreciated. The second time was a scheduled trimming of two trees. The communication that I had with that crew to accomplish what I wanted was great. Again you know professionals when you see them work!
