Allen, Caleb fertilized everything today. This was the first time I was able to see how your guys do it. First, I am surprised and impressed with Caleb. Since it was the first time I was at the office while you were applying fertilizer. I walked outside to ask Caleb more about the application. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and excited to talk about it. It is rare to find employees like this. I wanted to reach out to you so that you know how impressive and professional he was with a customer. I have a great understanding of the fertilization process at Bartlett and can not wait to have it done at my house in Simsbury now. Second, I am very impressed with the process. Central CT Lawn Service used to lightly spray the foliage and spray for a couple of seconds around the base of the plant. Using your plug method within the entire drip line of the plants makes a lot of sense. I always wondered if it actually worked CT Lawn did it but with your method and Caleb’s application, it is obvious that it will do something. Thank you both for continued good service.

I have been using Bartlett for close to ten years and have always found our arborist, Allen, and the crews to be very professional, courteous, and helpful... from trimming our Apple tree to coordinating with three neighbors and a crane company to remove an unhealthy Oak tree over 100' tall. Some companies would not even bid on the Oak tree because of the complexity of the job.

Bartlett has been performing pruning for me for several years. The latest job was a complicated removal of a large Oak tree on the boundary of two properties using a crane. The work was completed very professionally. Our neighbor made a point to say how impressed he was with the work and that he did not have to do any cleanup at the end compared to the last service he hired.
