It started with my call being answered by Nicky who I found delightful. I found Wesley to be extremely informative and able to answer all my questions and concerns . The team that was sent to remove my tree were incredible. The precision in which they took down the tree was truly impressive. I found Ryan, Aldo, and Jesus to be very polite and well mannered, they did a fantastic job in cleaning up my yard as well as the front yard . Ryan even went to my neighbors yard and cleaned it as well. I could not be more pleased. They did a great job and worked very well together as I watched most of it in person. They did not waste any time and seemed constantly busy. I would not hesitate to call Bartlett again when I need more work done and or advice in maintaining my existing trees .
