Ryan Lee

Ryan has been in Arboriculture since 2006. Starting out on the ground with a small company and learning basic skills. He joined Bartlett Tree Experts in 2008 and held the positions of a Climber, Crew Leader, and Local Office Safety Coordinator before becoming an Arborist Representative in early 2024. He worked directly with clients to meet their goals and expectations. Training was also a large part of his day-to-day responsibilities and helping fellow employees advance in their careers was a highlight. he brings his years of working on the crew and the knowledge gained to give our clients a positive outlook to keep their trees healthy. All the opportunities provided by Bartlett have helped foster his love for trees and climbing.

In 2011 he Acquired his ISA Arborist Certification which helped him achieve success in his career path and continuing education to become a well-rounded Arborist with an eye for pruning and the skills needed for technical rigging situations.

Ryan enjoys recreational climbing and has climbed in many locations throughout the West Coast, Costa Rica, and the rainforest along with enjoying the diversity of trees and wildlife there. Ryan also enjoys hiking local trails, grafting, and growing fruit trees in his home orchard.
