They were not the lowest bidder, but the work they did, and the care they exercised, was exemplary. I have never seen a crew work so closely and carefully together so the final product was so well coordinated. The crew was refreshed on what to cut and how to cut by the arborist who arrived before work began and painstakingly pointed out the key cuts to be made for each tree, and then the crew discussed his recommendations and made suggestions. My guess is that if I was comparing their work to another firm, they would have taken at least several hours more to complete the job because of all the planning, reviewing progress, and making adjustments to achieve the desired result. This company is good and I will surely use them again.

All were very professional. James was excellent in walking our ground and identifying what needed to be done. He also guided our ideas of trimming, some of which would have been left untouched. The work crew was focused on the work and diligent cleaning up. We have used Bartlett before and neighbors have used Bartlett after seeing your work at our house on a previous trimming here.
