Skeet is a great representative of the company. Extremely knowledgable and he takes time to explain how and why a certain tree needs to be treated in simple, layman language. I never feel like he is "overselling" a service. The crew was extremely courteous and helpful. My only issue was that they forget to trim the tops of a few pine trees but it was quickly resolved. I will continue using and recommending Bartlett.
