Scott is fantastic! He was professional, thorough, and friendly. He even removed a branch on our roof during the estimate visit! Scott evaluated our entire yard and discussed what could be done to improve the health of our trees and bushes. I liked the way Scott explained everything in terms we could understand. We decided to have additional services performed due to the positive impression Scott made and his extensive knowledge. Scott has a great sense of humor and is very easy to work with. We liked how we received an estimate right away. The administration assistant Kathy was courteous and kept us informed each step of the way in our services. Also, the two men who did the work were fantastic. They worked diligently and did an excellent job trimming our tree and bushes. They left our yard free of all branches, etc. It is hard and tedious work and they did it very well. We are 100% pleased with our experience with Bartlett.
