The arborist let me know about Hemlock treatment and asked if it was convenient. Afterwards I asked about watering, he knew there had been an aphid issue and discussed in detail what he had found, even taking a sample for coworkers opinion. Before leaving he took time to spray additional treatment on difficult area. I feel like Bartlett treats my yard like their own.
