Tom McCarthy is an ISA Certified Arborist and a Delaware County local! Tom grew up in Havertown, PA and currently lives with his wife, Jen and daughter, Sara in Bryn Mawr, PA. Tom received his Bachelor's Degree from Villanova University, where he was very active in their Ski Club. After receiving his four-year degree, Tom set sights for the great state of Colorado. Tom started a tree care business that specialized in Plant Health Care and grew to become the premier company in his area. His company was referred into three other states due to their qualifications and rapport. For over 15 years, Tom worked closely to help his clients with their tree care needs and provided excellent customer service. While in Colorado, Tom was actively involved with The Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC), serving those with disabilities and special needs. Tom was also a member of the Summit Independent Business Alliance and BBB, and a "Qualified Supervisor" which is Colorado's highest level of personal pesticide licensing. In his spare time, Tom enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, and spending as much time with his family as he can!

The arborist let me know about Hemlock treatment and asked if it was convenient. Afterwards I asked about watering, he knew there had been an aphid issue and discussed in detail what he had found, even taking a sample for coworkers opinion.
