It was a perfect weather day for your team. I am very happy with the team. Tom McCarthy is a great Arborist Representative, helpful, professional, always pleasant working with him. The crew members worked well together, and I was impressed with how they had to tackle our tree problems here. I have used Bartlett for many tree problems and have always admired how they can point out problems I had not seen. We had to lose a huge Oak tree many years ago, double trunk, cabled together. Bartlett checked with a probe to check if it was turning black in the interior to see how healthy it was. It was not, It needed to come down to prevent any damage to our house or the one opposite ours. It was truly an event, road had to be blocked off temporarily. A crane was brought here. The crew worked so well together, there was a lot of climbing, trunks being cut in sections and lowered safely. It was a spectacle for our street. But it was like a well practiced ballet. My husband and I were very impressed. Thus, we continue to use Bartlett for our tree work.

Tom McCarthy was very helpful in explaining what to expect. He contacted us immediately when he was appraised of a problem with the planned work, namely that the tree was rotten. He could not safely or appropriately prune the dead wood, it was at risk of falling, and needed to be removed.
