I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of this particular job. Zachary was great. He came out twice to inspect the tree that needed some severe pruning, once in the summer and again in the winter. We talked over the options, and I felt his recommendation was the right one for our tree. The two crew members who performed the pruning were excellent, polite, professional, and efficient. Did a nice job of cleaning up after the job was complete. Communication with Zachary and the crew chief for the job was very good. I felt I knew what was going on throughout the entire process.

Zachary was absolutely terrific. He explained everything necessary. At this point I am not interested in extras. Also, he pointed out a tree at a corner of my yard that needs the same treatment, and charged very little, so I went along with it. Terrific workers too.
