They put safety first in protecting the area. They cleaned up all the debris as if no tree work was even done. Thank you for your email communications regarding removal of our tree in Havertown. It was helpful in the process of working this all out. I also would like to compliment Tom McCarthy for his professional service. He clearly explained the issues with our 100 year old tree which was damaged in a storm. He mapped out what would be needed to take it down and remove. Tom worked out the details and kept me informed along the way. He was sensitive to my concerns and found a way to get the job done safely to all (workers and property). It gave me and the neighbors great peace of mind especially since I was on vacation that week. This was a tree loved by the family. Tom understood that. My sister also lives in Havertown and is going to need some tree work done. She has already asked me how things went and asked for Tom's info.
