I am very happy with the service we have been provided by our representative, Greg Portzline. He arrived on time, was thorough and honest with us. He knew exactly what was wrong with our Colorado Blue Spruce trees and did not mince words. He did not offer us false hopes that they would spring back to life after a year. It could take up to five to see results. He knows his stuff and was professional and courteous. I felt comfortable with him and his assessment of our situation.
