All of the people that I had contact with at Bartlett were friendly and knowledgeable from the receptionist and the arborist who came to the house and gave me the estimate and the crew that did the work on the two trees. The crew came on time and did a great job of cleaning up the large limb that had fallen in the backyard and then trimming the tree in the front. They were quick and professional and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Everyone has been very kind, helpful, and courteous. Greg helped me decide what was the best tree to plant. The new Green Giant Arborvitae is beautiful. And it was nice of the two gentlemen that removed the stump and planted the tree, told me their names when they meet me. They also gave advice on how to take care of the tree when I asked. The weather conditions were not favorable for your staff. The day the tree was taken down it rained all day. And it was very hot on the day the stump was removed and the tree planted. And I will recommend Bartlett Tree Experts to my neighbors, friends, and family.
