Have used Bartlett for over ten years. Even my odd ball request are treated very respectfully. Like leaving all the trimmings on the ground for me to clean up. I'm 77 and want to still feel useful.

From staff calling about the appt to Gregg accepting my odd request about clean up to the crew that showed up, on time even with crazy weather, all was great.
