Great job done by all, starting with Eric when he came out to give a quote, and all or both of the tree trimming crew did a great job. Even went out of their way to provide a branch support to my Arborvitae which had a sagging branch due to the weight of the snow. I might have interrupted the crew a few times with questions while they were working, which was probably annoying to them, but they patiently answered my questions, were polite, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Bartlett to anyone needing tree work.

We have found each Bartlett staff person to be professional, respectful, informative, and responsive to our needs/questions/ concerns. Eric, our arborist, first responded regarding concerns about a dead tree, then worked with us to identify needs for other trees on our property. On 11/10/22 the tree removal team completed the major and final aspect of required work on our property. They arrived early and were here the entire day completing this massive job. They took care to protect things in our yard along with laying matts to avoid damage to the grass. Upon leaving late in the afternoon, they made sure to clean the entire area and even returned the next day to place soil and grass seed on parts of the lawn. We appreciate the service that has been provided to us and will be certain to recommend Bartlett to others.

We live in a 1970's era development with lots of wonderful older trees. Our goal was to maintain and care for what was already here as best we could. Greg was very professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly accessed the trees and shrubs on our property as well as our concerns with them. Greg developed a plan for how to best care for what we have and promote their continued longevity through treating, trimming, pruning, and cabling as to complete removal. The crew that performed the work did a great job. They left the area spotless. Interaction with the office staff at Bartlett was easy and efficient .
