He is thoughtful, responsive, and a problem solver. John who does our spraying and fertilization helped us solve a problem we had with the treatment of our Italian Cypress trees. He is excellent as well. We have been so happy with Bartlett that we asked them to handle tree issues for our two children in Austin.
