We have used Bartlett for almost a quarter of a century. They protect over a hundred trees at our farm. Joe Harris, our Arborist Representative, began working with us as a crew member. He is thoughtful, responsive, and a problem solver. John who does our spraying and fertilization helped us solve a problem we had with the treatment of our Italian Cypress trees. Jo has been a very professional and responsive employee, and has completed a number of jobs at my home on the Blanco near Fischer, TX clearing around large Oaks cutting a massive limb from a large Pecan on the river bottom; planting six 40-gallon young Bald Cypress along the river, and most recently coming to the rescue of my beloved old Oak tree that shades my deck. As I live in Houston, he has been willing to accommodate me with scheduling my presence for the work. I appreciate the special efforts.
