I was so appreciative of Vince, when he came out to do the assessment and gave me some hope that my beautiful Jack Maple might be able to make it. And then Kevin came out a couple of weeks ago to do the procedures. He did a great job of explaining to me exactly what he was doing and the reason why. The entire Bartlett staff was awesome. Vince met with me and walked the yard, listened to what trees I wanted removed, and made suggestions for other pruning needs. Vince worked with the Tega Cay Golf Club to get access from the back of my yard that helped keep the cost reasonable. for the work that was done. On the day the work was completed, Rene's crew was attentive, careful, and did an outstanding job of removing trees, pruning, and protecting my property, deck, and fence. Working with Bartlett was a wonderful experience and as someone who has never used a tree service before, I would highly recommend them.
