Austin Proctor

Unlike many other service providers I have recently encountered, I am TOTALLY satisfied with the service provided by Bartlett crews. The arborist, Austin Proctor, was very friendly and helpful related to my concern with the one tree, but in addition he provided helpful tips for my direct care of other plants and trees on my property - I greatly appreciated this guidance and it let me to selecting Bartlett Tree Service. The tree removal crew was on-schedule, friendly, and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Further, I asked the team to try not to get too much tree debris inside the nearby fence surrounding my pool. I do not know how the crew did it, but I believe not one twig fell on the other side of the fence. Very impressive work. Thanks to the entire Bartlett Team.
