My experience with Bartlett Tree Experts could not have been better. Outstanding service from my initial contact with Justine in the office, to Vince, the arborist representative, Cody and the crew who performed the work, Justine was very friendly, engaging, and accommodating. Vince was a wealth of knowledge and it was clear to me that he really loves his work and loves trees. I felt my numerous Oaks were in very good hands with him and his recommendations. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and in easy to understand language. All communication with him was timely, precise, and friendly. Cody and the crew who performed the work were amazing. They are a well oiled machine and work together efficiently and flawlessly. Cody came to the door upon arrival, exactly on time by the way, and went over in great detail the work that was to be done that day referencing the proposal he had in hand. He was very polite, friendly, and extremely conscientious, checking back with me several times during the day to make sure they had performed the work they had done so far to my satisfaction. At the end of the day he checked in one last time for final approval. The entire day he and the crew were respectful of me and my property. They showed great care around my existing flowers and bushes and performed a small miracle by not disturbing one leaf or blossom of my Hellebores that were very close to the walkways they had to use to remove debris. Cleanup was so thorough you could hardly tell they had been here. I did not meet Luke, who came at a later time to do some root collar work, but he came as scheduled, did an excellent job and left a tag on my door notifying me when he was here and what he did. I will definitely use Bartlett again and will enthusiastically recommend them to others. My trees look terrific now. You just can not go wrong with this team of highly skilled professionals.

The entire Bartlett staff was awesome. Vince met with me and walked the yard, listened to what trees I wanted removed, and made suggestions for other pruning needs. Vince worked with the Tega Cay Golf Club to get access from the back of my yard that helped keep the cost reasonable. for the work that was done. On the day the work was completed, Rene's crew was attentive, careful, and did an outstanding job of removing trees, pruning, and protecting my property, deck, and fence. Working with Bartlett was a wonderful experience and as someone who has never used a tree service before, I would highly recommend them.

Incredible experience start to finish. Very knowledgeable at every stage of the process. I have known Eric Schmidhausler for a few years, so was quick to connect asking for guidance. He put Tom Lillo and I in touch. I felt like my questions were answered, concerns were heard, and Tom was able to specifically quote the job as I needed so I could plan accordingly. But that still did not get the job actually done. We sat on the quote for six months, but when it was go time it all fell into place effortlessly. While all that was great, I am most impressed with the crew that completed the job. The team of four were completely in sync. During the process, the team actually discovered a sink hole on our property. They immediately made me aware and helped to get the hole covered with a board and the area roped off for safety. They could have easily just ignored it and figured I would find it on my own at some point. We only did one third of the total work that needs to be done so I look forward to having Bartlett back out for the next two phases.

Tom was very thorough in his assessment and took time to listen, call, come out, and correct a problem with a previous pruning job. He also was very helpful while here in giving suggestions for other aspects of keeping my tree healthy. He noticed and showed me worms in the tree that I had mentioned had been there in years past but had not seen this year. Now they are eating up the leaves rapidly. I am hoping the crew will come back soon to spray for the worms. I will call upon Bartlett Tree Services for other needs in the future.

No issues, but we had thought more of the trees along the driveway would have been trimmed to avoid any future branches hitting our cars as we had discussed, your team may have checked the trees and trimmed as necessary, so no problem.
