I absolutely enjoyed working with Vince and the service person who came to do the treatment. They were professional, and thoughtful, coming quickly to save the tree next to the infested tree. Vince, my arborist is a gem. He is so knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. I will be setting up a yearly treatment program with Bartlett because of him. The phone staff was incredibly helpful, scheduling quickly, and making sure the staff got to my house with all the directions to get into the community easily.
