The administrative, sales, and crew were all professional, friendly, and helpful. I have used several tree specialists in the past but will only use Bartlett in the future. We had two seventy five-year-old trees removed from our landscape, one a very large Southern Magnolia and the other a large Pin Oak. Both presented challenges as to removal without damaging the new driveways and fences or the new lawn. The Arborist Representative promised no problems and the removal crew made sure that promise was kept. When the crew left, everything was clean and neat.
