Let me start by stating how impressed I was with the office staff calling me to set up an appointment about two hours after I sent e-mail. The arborist, Patrick, showed up exactly at scheduled time, in the pouring rain and was professional, took his time answering my questions and addressing concerns. His explanations were very helpful. He appeared knowledgeable. My next contact was with Ben, who again was a stellar employee. He explained what he was going to do, answered my questions, performed the work, and left the yard around tree in great shape.
