Let me start by stating how impressed I was with the office staff calling me to set up an appointment about two hours after I sent e-mail. The arborist, Patrick, showed up exactly at scheduled time, in the pouring rain and was professional, took his time answering my questions and addressing concerns. His explanations were very helpful. He appeared knowledgeable. My next contact was with Ben, who again was a stellar employee. We only use their spraying services for deer repellent but they are very efficient. I receive a phone call the night before the service and upon arrival they knock on the door to let us know they are here and check if we have additional concerns.

I first met Bartlett about a decade and a half ago when their crew carefully and safely removed a very tall double-trunked tree that had uprooted during a wind storm and was resting atop my house. I have been a devoted customer ever since, most recently when an out-of-town crew took good care of another giant brought low by high winds. In between these two unplanned events, Bartlett has taken excellent routine care of my cherished trees, from pruning to removal when necessary. In good times and bad, Bartlett is the best. I am grateful to the neighbor who recommended them to me. I now have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

They carried out the detailed instructions per the contract written by our Bartlett representative, Josh Darkow. As the lead foreman, Elio, was excellent to work with because he made sure we understood and agreed with his instructions and he kindly and thoroughly addressed all our questions over the two days of work. So in other words he instilled confidence! All three men were friendly, polite, and most definitely hard working!
