I was impressed that an actual arborist, Paul Schmeltzer, came to make a thorough assessment and answered all my questions first before scheduling work. The day of the tree trimming they arrived, there were three men, one for each tree. They performed their work neatly and efficiently with initial guidance from Paul. At my request, they left small logs piled neatly towards the back of the house to be used in our wood burning fireplace and a four foot Oak branch for a special project. Trees are now beautifully shaped and I wish I would have done it sooner. The Bartlett team, led by Paul Schmeltzer, is professional, friendly, and efficient. I will continue to use and recommend their tree services.

I chose Bartlett after a friend referred them and I have already referred Bartlett to another friend who was just as impressed as I was with Paul. The crew did a marvelous job. They were hardworking and really knew what they were doing. They did all they could on the day there were here, and informed me about a yellow jacket swarm in the stucco on my home that prevented them from completing all the pruning near the hive. I got a very good contractor in to take care of the stingers and the crew will be back to finish the job.
