Professional experience with all staff from their first visit to the actual work performed.Peter, the arborist , seemed very knowledgeable and checked in with me and crew on day of work Patrick seemed to be the spokesman for the crew and did a great job as well as his two other members. The crew worked all day. It was extremely hot and I know they were tired and they cleaned up the yard until all debris was picked up. I saw them recheck everything and go back and get tools and touch up some branches a few times. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Paul Schmeltzer was terrific. He really knows about trees and gave me excellent advice about what needed to be done. It was great to find someone who cared about trees and does not just want a job cutting them down. I chose Bartlett after a friend referred them and I have already referred Bartlett to another friend who was just as impressed as I was with Paul. The crew did a marvelous job. They were hardworking and really knew what they were doing. They did all they could on the day there were here, and informed me about a yellow jacket swarm in the stucco on my home that prevented them from completing all the pruning near the hive. I got a very good contractor in to take care of the stingers and the crew will be back to finish the job.
