I can think of nothing else that Bartlett could do to make the experience better. Every time I reach out to Jacob West he is responsive and attentive to my questions and concerns. Bartlett has nurtured the trees on my tiny piece of heaven for nearly twenty years now. They are always friendly, courteous, and professional. They even laugh at my stale jokes. I feel like family when everyone from Jacob, to the receptionist who call me, to the tree trimmers who remember every tree on my property and what they have done on my trees. I guess asking for free service is out of the question. I always recommend Bartlett to anyone asking about my property. Your smile, knowledge, and caring, shine through on the phone calls.
