Our rep, Perry-Lee West, was very informative and helpful. He guided me on what to do about an existing tree as well as some suitable replacements. Our arborist was also incredibly helpful. We missed her visit, but she was very nice about explaining what she saw with our older trees as well as how we could improve our care. I trust Bartlett with my tree care and so far, I have been really happy with the results. The one tree that I lost seemed to have verticillium wilt, common among Redbuds, and incurable, particularly in a stressed, newly planted tree.
