The crew man, Alberto, who climbed the trees and also did the work with pruning pole was first class. What an athlete. thoughtful, thorough, cheerful, productive. My trees look so much better and healthier now. His assistant who kept the debris in hand was always busy and did his part in keeping our lawns tidy before they left. Neville Mann is clearly a tree botany expert, and so easy to work with. I knew when he first visited us that Bartlett was going to be our contractor choice for the work. Best arborist and probably most instructive tree care company representative we have ever encountered.
