They listened to our concerns, and took note of our vacation schedule so they could work around it. The office called the day before they came, showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The work crew was particularly polite and explained the watering schedule required. I cannot begin to say how impressed I was by this company and staff. My wife met Erik at the Houston Home Show and she asked him to come over and look at our three mature oak trees and two tall pine trees. These trees have not been trimmed in over eight years. Erik came over and gave us an estimate. It was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The reason we chose Bartlett was because of Erik. His analysis confirmed the other two bidders opinions of our trees, plus he was knowledgeable and friendly. The workers arrived on time and each one introduced themselves.
