The crew members were amazing, they are always polite and lovely to talk to for the few times I get to talk to them. They are careful with my property and other trees. My arborist is also amazing. He checks on my property for me and recommends what I need to have done. I have loads of trees, and incredibly tall trees at that. It is great to know there is someone looking out for the health of my trees, so they do not fall on my house, and they continue to provide a place for wildlife to live.

Graham Becker has been truly amazing to deal with&from his friendly manner to his professionalism to continuing to check in throughout each project and follow up. Having dealt with contractors from all walks of life in the past, this isn't the norm, this is the exception to receive such wonderful customer service. Graham worked closely with us to create three separate projects to complete over about a years time. He understood to work with us so we could complete the projects and within our budget. The crew that was on hand for each project was also spectacular! Each gentlemen was a total professional, personally introduced themselves each time, and friendly. They were all extremely competent on the job. I've never had an experience with an outside company where everyone from the Sales Person to the Project Manager to the actual staff performing the work was courteous, professional, friendly, and extremely competent. Let's face it, many times the staff that ends up on site to perform any contracting work (i.e., electric, plumbing, paving, or tree service) isn't usually professional - from appearance to personality. Our entire experience with everyone at Bartlett has been 100% top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone and do plan on continuing working on future projects with Graham.
