The crew members were amazing, they are always polite and lovely to talk to for the few times I get to talk to them. They are careful with my property and other trees. My arborist is also amazing. He checks on my property for me and recommends what I need to have done. I have loads of trees, and incredibly tall trees at that. It is great to know there is someone looking out for the health of my trees, so they do not fall on my house, and they continue to provide a place for wildlife to live.

Graham and the workers were all very professional and courteous. The work was done very well, especially the trimming and thinning of the Cherry tree. The tree looks much better and will allow sunlight to reach the ground. Removal of the old Pine tree went well and stump grinding completed.

I have been a Bartlett customer for years, and I am never disappointed by the services you provide. Graham has been a fantastic resource for trimming, pruning, and removal advice. When scheduling any service he is communicative and works to accommodate our schedules. We had no property damage in the recent wind storms largely because of the pruning we have been advised to complete over the years. We have had several large trees removed recently and, the remaining stumps ground. Chris, Grant, and Brandon have been polite, professional, hardworking, and diligent as well. Brandon worked to finish a grind job late on a holiday Friday and during a torrential rain storm. He did not cut any corners, finishing the job to perfection. We appreciate all their efforts.
