Brendan is always responsive, articulate, and a pleasure to work with. So is Oscar, the spray tech. They both explain what they plan to do, and why. I have learned to be more observant about my trees.

The technician was very courteous and let us know he was going to spray so we could close the windows and keep the dog inside. Our Bartlett representative, Brendan, is the best.
