I found you online and really appreciated the information on the website, which was excellent. First, the day I called the service representative made me feel valued and wanted to assist me as quickly as possible. I apologize for not knowing that person's name. I was so impressed that I would receive an email with my arborist's picture ahead of time. That is so security conscious. Matt Copeland is my new best friend. What a guy. The sick tree of concern was a gift from a relative and is six years old. Matt walked into our yard and when he was done I wanted to get a degree in Botany. I learned so much. He came to our house and did the work himself because he indicated that he was soon to have a baby and did not want us to wait. I can not believe people and companies like this exist. You have my highest recommendation in the future. My husband and I returned to our home after a three week vacation to find our weeping willow looking like it had been burned. I love this tree and started searching for an arborist to see if it could be treated. You folks are few and far between.
