Mike Evers came to our house and was very informative about the whole process as we needed permits from Oak Bay for Bartlett to carry out the work. Jess C. and Dave were great, explaining why certain areas of the trees needed more taken off and taking time to make sure the trees looked good aesthetically. Clean up was very thorough.
