KC Paulk

KC earned a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from North Carolina State University. Before joining Bartlett, he worked at the Bartlett Research Laboratory as a Regional Laboratory Extension Specialist, helping deliver cutting-edge research and technical support to arborists across the country. KC joined Bartlett in 2012 after attending a climbing demonstration that sparked his interest in the industry.

KC is an ISA Certified Master Arborist, is Tree Risk Assessment Qualified, Prescription Pruning Qualified, and a Professional Mangrove Trimmer. In 2025, he joined the Florida team as Arborist Representative and later became Local Manager. Dedicated to providing exceptional tree care, KC partners with clients to ensure the health and beauty of their trees and shrubs.

KC enjoys exploring Florida's outdoors--whether backpacking, fishing on Tampa Bay, or visiting local parks. He also loves sampling the diverse cuisines the Tampa area has to offer.
