Bartlett just began a treatment plan for my European Beeches to treat the emergent beech leaf disease. The arborist who came to the property was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and spent time thoroughly explaining the disease, and treatment plan. He even went above and beyond and talked to me about issues I have had with some other trees on the property and shared some maintenance tips and tricks. It was obvious that he was not only highly trained but has a genuine passion for the work. My experience with the staff member administering the treatment was equally wonderful. He also provided a thorough explanation of the treatments and what to expect in the coming months. Again, he was very knowledgeable and passionate about the work. So far I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and dedication of members of the Bartlett team. I am also thrilled that Bartlett has developed a treatment protocol for beech leaf disease so quickly as it is a relatively new disease for my area.
