Sure enough they arrived right around 3:30 and were finished, cleaned up, and on their way in less than two and a half hours. They did a great job, and we are so pleased. Nice guys too. Just wanted to let you know the Bartlett Tree Experts crew, Dylan, Dylan, and Chris did a professional job on the pruning of the Live Oak. The tree looks 100% better than it was even with the removal of the large branch and having to prune other branches away from the building for the construction zone area. As one library employee stated, "you can actually see light through the tree now". I highly commend the Bartlett crew and the expertise they used to make the tree healthier and aesthetically pleasing.
