Zac Bennett is one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I have met in Savannah. We had several discussions in which I had no need to elaborate on what I wanted. Zac immediately knew what it was. Because I am a master gardener, I could be a bit more demanding about all our vegetation but do not need to be with Zac. What Zac has is something you can't buy, depth of knowledge, planning, execution, managing a crew, and always in the most friendly and genuine manner. Just wanted to let you know the Bartlett Tree Experts crew, Dylan, Dylan, and Chris did a professional job on the pruning of the Live Oak. The tree looks 100% better than it was even with the removal of the large branch and having to prune other branches away from the building for the construction zone area. Zac Bennett met with me on my property to discuss the services I needed. He was informative, knowledgeable, and listened very carefully to what I had to say. After receiving the estimate from Zac, I asked if he would add the trimming and pruning of another tree on the property. He advised against it, saying that when he was on the property, he observed that the tree was healthy and doing well and did not believe it needed what I requested. I pushed and he revised the estimate. Shortly after receiving the revised estimate, a strong storm came through town and the tree in question dropped some leaves and very small branches. I called Zac and told him I should have listened to the expert. Zac personally handled the job with another Bartlett staff member and I could not have been more satisfied. It is obvious Zac loves what he does. I would not hesitate to recommend Zac and Bartlett Tree Experts. Thank you.
